Easy Quiche Lorraine

2 deep dish pie shells, frozen
1 can real bacon bits
¾ cup green onions
5 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons flour
1 ½ teaspoon onion salt
1 lb grated Jarlsberg cheese
2 cups half and half milk

In large bowl mix all ingredients on low speed of mixer.  Divide mixture between pie shells.  Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.  Thaw pie shells before cooking or bake ½ hour longer until center is done.
