Tomato Casserole w/ Monterey Jack & Havarti cheese

6 to 8 large ripe tomatoes
½ cup butter
1 large onion
1 box seasoned croutons
1 brick Havarti cheese
1 brick Monterey Jack cheese
Pam spray cooking oil

In frying pan melt the butter.  Cut the onion into rings and add to the melted butter. Saute until they are translucent.  Add the box of croutons and mix to absorb the butter.  Remove from heat.

Grate the cheeses and mix together.  In a baking dish spray the bottom with cooking oil spray and then start layering the crouton mixture, tomatoes and cheese.  Make as many layers as you have ingredients ending with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the tomatoes are softened.  Makes approximately 10 servings.
